Most all small to medium-sized business training sessions occur on-site within a
meeting room. All expected attendees will be broken up into groups that will
meet at different times and dates if needed. This results in a personalized,
one-on-one training experience between our presentor and your employees. |

We make sure that every attendee has an equal and fulfilling learning
experience. That is why we provide all the required presentation equipment
including computer hardware, internet connection, projector and PA system.
Inclusive, all attendees are provided printed hand-outs that follow in sync with
the presentation and limit the need for notation. Screen shots and supporting
examples can serve as later reference when users tackle the software on their
own. |

The training seminar will follow a structured syllabus that exposes each
function and feature of the software. Common tasks and innovative solutions will
be discussed. We accomplish this through both Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft
Internet Explorer. Microsoft PowerPoint will denote the topic, slides and
corresponding hand-outs. Each slide will be displayed, discussed in depth, and
paused for questions before proceeding. Likewise, examples will be performed in
Microsoft Internet Explorer over a live internet connection. |

Questions and Discussions will dominate the ladder part of each session allowing
users to better understand by interacting with the presentor and software
creators. |
