We have found the most cost-effective and highly efficient way to target large
audiences is through renting a private theater from a local movie theater in the
immediate area. We choose this because of the high seating capacity, enourmous
screen, high-definition projection, PA system, and comfortable tiered seating
and overall convenience. These are the key aspects that make the difference in
allowing everyone the ability to better hear, see and learn. |

We make sure that every attendee has an equal and fulfilling learning
experience. That is why we provide all the required presentation equipment
including computer hardware, internet connection, projector and PA system.
Inclusive, all attendees are provided pens, paper and printed hand-outs that
follow in sync with the presentation and limit the need for notation. Screen
shots and supporting examples can serve as later reference when users tackle the
software on their own. |

The training seminar will follow a structured syllabus that exposes each
function and feature of the software. Common tasks and innovative solutions will
be discussed. We accomplish this through both Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft
Internet Explorer. Microsoft PowerPoint will denote the topic, slides and
corresponding hand-outs. Each slide will be displayed, discussed in depth, and
paused for questions before proceeding. Likewise, examples will be performed in
Microsoft Internet Explorer over a live internet connection. |
